Arnold Sports Festival  & Yoga Australia Presents

Flow for a Cause

For the first time ever, Yoga Australia will be representing yoga at the Arnold Sports Festiva Australia. We have partnered with some of our registered teachers and will be showcasing different styles of yoga on the lawn of the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, right next to the Yarra river all day on Friday and Sunday.

Come down, try one of the 45-minute classes that we are offering and find the yoga style that works for you. We will have teachers available all day long to answer all your yoga based questions.

On the Saturday – we invite you for a morning of stretch and connection while we Flow for a Cause. The one-hour yoga flow will kick off at 11am followed by a 30 min meditation. Beginners are very welcome.

The aim is to have fun, stretch those muscles in an iconic Melbourne location, right next to the Yarra! A big thanks to lululemon and Kaya Health Clubs for their support of this event. All proceeds go the the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
